  • Only you will have access to your rented unit, and anyone you have authorized with a key to your lock.

​Is the storage facility monitored by camera?

  • Yes, we have security cameras that help monitor activity throughout the property

​What are your access hours?

  • Our tenants have access to their unit 24 hours a day through our gated access, with their personal gate code. We also work on-site Monday-Friday from 9am-4:30pm so we are available to you for any questions or needs.

​Can large moving trucks access our facility?

  • There are some units that make for a tight fit for moving trucks, however if we have the availability, we will do our best to place you in a unit that makes it easy to maneuver in and out. 

​Do you offer online bill pay?

  • Yes, you can do all bill pay online, or set your account up for automatic bill pay.

Do you offer summer storage for Georgia Southern University students?

  • Yes. Our facility is a convenient option for students needing summer storage, semester breaks, or temporary storage during moves. We do require a minimum of one month's storage payment.

What is the move out process?

  • When you are ready to vacate your storage unit, your unit should be completely emptied and swept out, you should take your lock with you, and notify our office that your unit is now vacant. If you do not remove your lock, you will continue to be billed for your unit.
